Hi, I’m Elena.

I’m a meditative artist, energy worker and doula who believes care belongs in every season of life, from a new mother’s first weeks to a young girl’s first cycle to the quiet companionship of an animal.

Through Usui Reiki, sound medicine and hands-on support, I offer gentle, restorative care for body and spirit. And because healing doesn’t only happen on the table, I create rituals that bring that same presence into the everyday: cleaning, cooking, tending a garden.
